Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)Therapy
Unlike Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with ERP, we pre-identify your anxiety, genetics, and obsessions. Then, in the presence of a therapist, we will purposefully expose you to these “triggering” factors and help you prevent responding to these triggers. In a way, this process allows you to confront your obsessions and anxiety and eventually. By using the habit of prevention, we can help you work towards slowly removing these compulsive behaviors. We can help clients cope with different kinds of issues including addiction, mental health, depression, and spectrum disorders.
